By accessing or using MarketSignal Korea ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

MarketSignal Korea provides a diagnostic tool that evaluates structural readiness for companies considering entry into the Korean market. The Service includes a free diagnostic quiz, a scored results page, and an optional paid Blueprint report.

2. Diagnostic Results

The MarketSignal Korea diagnostic and Blueprint report are informational tools, not professional consulting services. Results are based on the answers you provide and represent analytical indicators only. MarketSignal Korea makes no guarantee that following the recommendations will result in any particular business outcome.

3. Payments and Refunds

The MarketSignal Korea Blueprint report is available for purchase at a stated price. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are final.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased report, contact us at contact@marketsignalkorea.com and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodology, and materials provided through MarketSignal Korea are owned by MarketSignal Korea and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MarketSignal Korea content without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring methodology
• Submit false or misleading information in the diagnostic
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketSignal Korea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if MarketSignal Korea has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MarketSignal Korea does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
